We will usually dispatch within 1 business day dependant on the levels of stock on hand.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders being delivered in Perth take between 1-5 business days if the stock is in our Warehouse. As
for the rest of Australia it will be between 4-12 business days.
We may able to provide next day delivery or express delivery to our Perth customers. You can

Do I need to be on site to receive my order?
Yes, you will need yourself or someone else to be at the address that you provided when the
delivery arrives. Our transport team will contact you to provide you with an estimate of their arrival
time. Deliveries will occur during business hours 8am –5pm on weekdays only. Please be aware that
if no one is present at the time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

Delivery of Items
All items will only be delivered to the address provided at the kerbside. Delivery of items does not
include unpacking or installation. If you wish for the product to be delivered and installed into the
premises you can contact us at admin@tempservices.co and we will advise if this can be arranged
for you.
At the time of purchase, it will be the customers responsibility to ensure the product that they have
purchased will fit through doorways into their location. If the item is not able to fit in doorways then
the customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 30% plus any delivery charges incurred.

Damaged to products upon delivery.
It is the customers responsibility upon arrival of their product to inspect the item for any damage
and make note of this when signing for delivery. If items do arrive damaged please take photos of
the damage and send an email and photos to admin@tempservices.co and someone from our office
will be in contact with you.

Returns Procedure.
All items that are delivered that are either faulty, defective or require repair will be exchanged by us
at no cost to the you.
All new items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. All returns on items will incur a 30% restocking
fee if there is a change of mind on the item. If you do find that you have changed your mind on an
item you will be required to return the product in its original packaging along with any manuals
within five working days at your expense. If any damaged is caused during the time that the item/s
are at your location or during delivery back to our warehouse you will be responsible to cover any
costs incurred.
Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.
